Geremy Connor brings over two decades of C-suite experience scaling healthcare and technology organizations, spanning health care services, diagnostic laboratory and administration companies.
His proven expertise in financial leadership, regulatory compliance, and strategic partnerships spans roles as CEO, CFO, and Chief Investment Officer across diverse industries, with particular strength in building scalable systems for highly regulated healthcare environments.
As co-founder of SharpVue Capital and former executive at Attalus Capital and Philadelphia Group, Geremy combines deep healthcare operations knowledge with investment expertise in structuring complex partnerships that create value for all stakeholders.
Geremy began his career as a health care investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston group, working with the world’s largest health care companies across pharmaceuticals, health care services and hospitals.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Princeton University.
Doug McCormack has spent 30 years working at the intersection of healthcare policy, law, politics, and entrepreneurship. He founded and led three venture-backed technology companies in orthopedic medical devices, digital health, and robotics.
Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Doug spent 15 years in law, policy, and advocacy. He was a partner at SNR Dentons and an associate at Arent Fox, representing healthcare clients on policy and regulatory matters.
Doug is currently Founder of Acumen Partners, an advisory firm focused on corporate development, M&A, and strategic guidance for healthcare organizations. He also serves as Chairman of MedMatrix Rx, a pharmacy care management services organization, and Chairman of Biocerta Precision Diagnostics, an oncology diagnostic company developing personalized medicine solutions.
He holds degrees from the University of Southern California and American University’s Washington College of Law, and is admitted to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Doug has also studied AI and management at MIT Sloan School of Management.
